1. The most serene and goofy principality of Gooberland must be abbreviated to; The MSAGPOG
2. The MSAGPOG must always be ruled by a prince or princess, this position is passed down through primogeniture.
3. The ruling family of The MSAGPOG is the family of Briffa, and it's head will be prince or princess.
4. When applying for citizenship, the applicant must swear allegiance to The MSAGPOG through a sacred oath which must be witnessed at the moment or through watching a recording by the prince or princess of the MSAGPOG before being admitted. The oath is as follows: “I, (name here) swear to always be loyal to The most serene and goofy principality of Gooberland, and to the Royal family of Briffa, I also swear to be the goofiest goober I can be. For Prince and country!”. This oath is not binding and is just a formality.
5. The title of the head of state is chosen by the individual ruler.
6. When applying for citizenship the applicant must fill in the appropriate form where they will state their full name, languages they can speak, their religious beliefs, and their date of birth.
7. Citizens of the MSAGPOG may also be citizens of other, inferior countries (all other countries).
8. The prince or princess has absolute power over citizenships, the territory of the MSAGPOG, and the government, however they cannot force their citizens to do anything.
10. Any and all discrimination will result in the citizenship of the offending party being revoked or the phrase "I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed" depending on the severity of the offence.
11. When becoming a citizen, the applicant may request an honorary title.

Gaining a position
To be appointed to a position in government, the citizen must fill out the form for the position which will be evaluated by the prince. The system works on a meritocratic basis so the candidates will be evaluated by skill. The Government is headed by (number here) departments and each department has a Minister that is in charge of the department. The job of Minister is highly regarded and is to be taken extremely seriously. There is a high standard A minister must meet and even if the position is in desperate need of filling, most applications will probably be denied.
Minister of Defence
The Minister of Defence is responsible for all military initiatives. The application form ID is PA_MD01
Minister of Foreign Affairs
The Minister of Foreign Affairs in in charge of foreign affairs and diplomatic relations between The MSAGPOG and other nations. The MIF is also in charge of evaluating treaties. The application form ID is PA_MFA01.
Minister of Internal Affairs
The Minister of Internal Affairs is one of the most important government positions. The Minister of Internal Affairs handles services, citizens, products, news updates and events/festivities.
Minister of Finance
The Minister of Finance handles the economics, trade, and the treasury. The application form ID is PA_MF01

How it is granted
Citizenship is granted by the Minister of Internal Affairs or in the case of the position being vacant, the Prince. The applicant must first fill out and submit form CA_01. If the application is approved by the MIA or the Prince, the applicant will be assigned a Citizen ID and will be issued a digital ID card containing their full name, date of birth, Citizen ID, and date of issue. Citizenship applications must be approved by the MIA and the Prince before they can be ratified. The MIA will review them and then send them on to the Prince, along with notes on each applicant. The prince will then approve or deny each applicant and send the list back to the MIA who will assign Citizen ID and issue digital ID cards to the new citizens.
